Mortgage Pool definition

Mortgage Pool. The pool of Mortgage Loans, identified on Schedule 1 from time to time, and any REO Properties acquired in respect thereof.
Mortgage Pool. All of the Mortgage Loans.
Mortgage Pool. The pool of mortgage loans, including all Loan Groups, if any, consisting of the Mortgage Loans.
