Mortgagor Affidavit definition

Mortgagor Affidavit means an affidavit signed by a Mortgagor or guarantor attesting, among other things, that (i) such Mortgagor does not intend to use the proceeds of the Mortgage Loan for personal, family, or household purposes, (ii) the Mortgagor or guarantor does not inhabit and does not plan to inhabit the related Mortgaged Property and (iii) the principal residence of such Mortgagor or guarantor is separate and distinct from the related Mortgaged Property. “Multiemployer Plan” shall mean a multiemployer plan defined as such in Section 3(37) of ERISA to which contributions have been, or were required to have been, made by Seller,
Mortgagor Affidavit. An affidavit signed by a Mortgagor attesting to, among other things, that such Mortgagor does not intend to use the proceeds of the Mortgage Loan for personal, family, or household purposes.

  • Transfer Affidavit As defined in Section 5.02(c).

  • Lost Note Affidavit With respect to any Mortgage Loan as to which the original Mortgage Note has been permanently lost or destroyed and has not been replaced, an affidavit from the Seller certifying that the original Mortgage Note has been lost, misplaced or destroyed (together with a copy of the related Mortgage Note and indemnifying the Trust against any loss, cost or liability resulting from the failure to deliver the original Mortgage Note) in the form of Exhibit H hereto.

  • Transferee Affidavit As defined in Section 5.03(n).

  • Affidavit means the affidavit certifying eligibility under section 29A of IBC provided by the Bidder substantially in form and manner as set out in Annexure 3 of this Process Memorandum;

  • FIRPTA Affidavit means the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act Certification and Affidavit, substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto.
