Mortgagor Order definition

Mortgagor Order and "Mortgagor Request" mean, respectively, a written order or request signed with a Mortgagor Signature and delivered to Mortgagee.

Mortgagor Order and "Mortgagor Request" shall mean, respectively, a written order or request signed in the name of the Mortgagor by an authorized officer of the Mortgagor and delivered to the Mortgagee in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Depositor Order A written order or request, respectively, signed in the name of the Depositor by any one of its Executive Officers.

  • Guarantor Order mean, respectively, a written request or order, as the case may be, signed in the name of the Guarantor by the Chairman of the Board, a Vice Chairman, the President or a Vice President, and by the Treasurer or an Assistant Treasurer, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, of the Guarantor and delivered to the Trustee.

  • Financing Order means an order of the commission approving the issuance of securitization bonds and the creation of securitization charges and any corresponding utility rate reductions.

  • Hold Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(b)(i) below.

  • Relief Act Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan as to which the Scheduled Payment thereof has been reduced due to the application of the Relief Act.

  • Aircraft Mortgage means each Aircraft and Engine mortgage and security agreement entered into by any Borrower in favor of the Agent evidencing the Liens in respect of such Aircraft Collateral that will secure the Obligations, in each case as amended, modified, restated, supplemented or replaced from time to time.

  • Bankruptcy Order means any court order made in a proceeding pursuant to or within the meaning of any Bankruptcy Law, containing an adjudication of bankruptcy or insolvency, or providing for liquidation, receivership, winding-up, dissolution, "concordate" or reorganization, or appointing a Custodian of a debtor or of all or any substantial part of a debtor's property, or providing for the staying, arrangement, adjustment or composition of indebtedness or other relief of a debtor.

  • Preliminary Order means the order proposed by the Settling Parties and approved by the Court in connection with the Motion for Entry of the Preliminary Order to be filed by Class Representatives through Class Counsel, as described in Paragraph 3.2 and in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2.

  • Trustee Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 hereof pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Trustee Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • ARM Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan pursuant to which the interest rate shall be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the related Mortgage Note.

  • Conforming Mortgage Loan means a first lien Mortgage Loan originated in accordance with the criteria of an Agency for purchase of Mortgage Loans, including, without limitation, conventional Mortgage Loans, as determined by Buyer in its sole discretion.

  • Second Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Financing Orders means, collectively, the Interim Financing Order and the Final Financing Order.

  • MERS Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan registered with MERS on the MERS System.

  • Mortgagor The obligor on a Mortgage Note.

  • Preliminary Mortgage Schedule As defined in Section 3.

  • Trustee Mortgage Files With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Documents to be retained in the custody and possession of the Trustee or the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

  • Blanket Mortgage The mortgage or mortgages encumbering a Cooperative Property.

  • Closing Date Mortgaged Property as defined in Section 3.1(i).

  • Pledged Asset Mortgage Servicing Agreement The Pledged Asset Mortgage Servicing Agreement, dated as of February 28, 1996 between MLCC and the Master Servicer. Pooling and Servicing Agreement or Agreement: With respect to any Series, this Standard Terms together with the related Series Supplement.

  • Assignment of Mortgage An assignment of the Mortgage, notice of transfer or equivalent instrument in recordable form, sufficient under the laws of the jurisdiction wherein the related Mortgaged Property is located to reflect the sale of the Mortgage to the Purchaser.
