Motion picture or entertainment production definition

Motion picture or entertainment production means the same as defined in KRS 148.542;
Motion picture or entertainment production means the same as defined in KRS 154.61-010;
Motion picture or entertainment production means the same as defined in Section 43 of this Act;

  • Licensed health care professional means a person who possesses a professional medical license that is valid in Oregon. Examples include, but are not limited to, a registered nurse (RN), nurse practitioner (NP), licensed practical nurse (LPN), medical doctor (MD), osteopathic physician (DO), respiratory therapist (RT), physical therapist (PT), physician assistant (PA), or occupational therapist (OT).

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • NEC Electronics products means any product developed or manufactured by or for NEC Electronics (as defined above).

  • Agricultural production means the commercial production of food or fiber.

  • Commercializing means to engage in Commercialization and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.
