Motor homes definition

Motor homes means any vehicles which are self- propelled, built on a motor vehicle chassis, and which are primarily manufactured, designed, marketed or used to provide temporary living quarters for camping, recreational or travel use. Vehicles satisfying the foregoing criteria and which contain shower facilities, restroom facilities, and full cooking facilities shall be considered motor homes. "Motor homes" shallnotinclude vans, custom vans, or customized vans, unless those vehicles are manufactured, designed, marketed or used as motor homes and contain shower facilities, restroom facilities or both.
Motor homes means motor vehicles originally designed, reconstructed, or permanently altered to provide facilities for human habitation, which include lodging and cooking or sewage disposal, and is enclosed within a solid body shell with the vehicle, but excludes a camper or like unit constructed separately and affixed to a motor vehicle.
