Movement Certificate definition

Movement Certificate means a Certificate of Origin (Form E) issued by an intermediate exporting Party, based on the original Certificate of Origin (Form E) issued by the first exporting Party proving the origin status of the products in question;
Movement Certificate means a certificate referred to in Articles 9(2)(b) and 10 of the Council Regulation;

Examples of Movement Certificate in a sentence

  • The customs officer in the export station issuing a Movement Certificate EUR.1/A.TR should keep the application submitted for at least three years.

  • An exporter applying for the issue of a Movement Certificate EUR.1 must keep all supporting documents proving the originating status of the products concerned for a period of at least three years.

  • A Movement Certificate EUR.1/A.TR suitably endorsed should be made available to the exporter as soon as actual exportation has been effected or ensured.

  • Withdrawal certificate means a document known as a withdrawal of a certificate of noncompliance provided by the child support unit certifying that the certificate is withdrawn and that the board may proceed with issuance, reinstatement, or renewal of a license.
