  • To the extent there is any inconsistency between the provisions of these MSA Terms & Conditions, the Order Form, the Schedules, the SOW(s), any documents incorporated into this Contract, and any documents incorporated into the SOW(s) the following order of precedence shall apply: (a) first these MSA Terms & Conditions; (b) second the Schedules; (c) third the Order Form; (d) fourth the SOW(s); (e) fifth documents incorporated into the SOW(s); and (f) sixth documents incorporated into this Contract.

  • All capitalised terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in the MSA Terms & Conditions.

  • To receive MSA, You must acquire and dedicate one Perpetual License for a minimum of five (5) Users in accordance with the MSA Terms and Conditions.

  • To the extent there is any inconsistency between the provisions of these MSA Terms & Conditions, the Order, the Schedules, the SOW(s), any documents incorporated into this Contract, and any documents incorporated into the SOW(s) the following order of precedence shall apply: (a) first these MSA Terms & Conditions; (b) second the Schedules; (c) third the Order; (d) fourth the SOW(s); (e) fifth documents incorporated into the SOW(s); and (f) sixth documents incorporated into this Contract.

  • Any MSA We provide for Perpetual Licenses shall be as set out in and subject to the MSA Terms and Conditions.

  • Screencastify’s Services are subject to Screencastify’s Master Subscription Terms and Conditions located at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇ (“MSA Terms”) and and such MSA terms are incorporated into the DPA, provided that if there is a direct conflict between the MSA Terms and the DPA, the DPA controls.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the MME Terms or MSA Terms and Conditions, no MME Subscription Licenses or MSA for the Sunsetted Software will be renewed.

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.
