MSR Subsidiary definition

MSR Subsidiary means any Restricted Subsidiary of the Company that owns MSR Assets that have a Fair Market Value in excess of $5.0 million.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Borrower shall not constitute an Excluded Subsidiary.

  • Eligible Subsidiary means each Subsidiary of the Parent set forth on Exhibit A hereto, as the same may be updated from time to time with Laurus’ written consent.
