M&T Bank means Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company.

M&T Bank means Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, a New York banking corporation, and its successors and permitted assigns.

M&T Bank means M&T Bank, which holds a mortgage on the real property owned by Debtor Wordsworth Academy, located at 2101 Pennsylvania Avenue, Fort Washington, PA 19034, and a lien on the Debtors’ receivables and personal property.

• The Chief Executive Officer of M&T Bank, the head of the Human Resources Department of M&T Bank, and any one executive Vice Chairman of M&T Bank, acting jointly, may appoint one or more officers to the rank of Executive Vice President or Senior Vice President.

• The head of the Human Resources Department of M&T Bank or his or her designee or designees, may appoint other officers up to the rank of Group Vice President, including (without limitation as to title or number) one or more Administrative Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Assistant Vice Presidents, Assistant Secretaries, Assistant Treasurers and Assistant Auditors, and any other officer positions as they deem necessary and appropriate.
