Examples of Multiplier Number in a sentence

  • Each share of Series R Preferred Stock shall entitle the holder thereof to a number of votes equal to the Multiplier Number on all matters submitted to a vote of stockholders of the Corporation.

  • Item number means the unique number attached to each professional service contained in the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS). Each item number has a set benefit. For more information see MBS Online.

  • Provider Number means an identifying number issued to each homecare worker who is enrolled as a provider through the Department.
