Municipal Heritage Property definition

Municipal Heritage Property means municipal heritage property as defined in the Heritage Property Act;
Municipal Heritage Property means the same as defined in The Heritage Property Act.– N –
Municipal Heritage Property means a building, public building interior, streetscape, cultural landscape or area registered in the Registry of Heritage Property for the Halifax Regional Municipality;

Municipal Heritage Property means a building, streetscape or area registered in a Municipal Registry of Heritage Property;
Municipal Heritage Property means property containing a building, streetscape or significant area that has been registered under the Town’s Registry of Heritage Properties in accordance with this By-law.

Related to Municipal Heritage Property

  • Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.

  • Condominium unit A Single Family Property within a Condominium Project.

  • Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.

  • School property means in or within any building, structure, athletic playing field, playground, parking lot or land contained within the real property boundary line of a public elementary or secondary school, or in or on a school bus, as defined in Vehicle and Traffic Law §142.

  • Apartment shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Real Estate means all land, together with the buildings, structures, parking areas, and other improvements thereon, now or hereafter owned by any Loan Party, including all easements, rights-of-way, and similar rights relating thereto and all leases, tenancies, and occupancies thereof.
