Municipal Standards definition

Municipal Standards means the current Municipally approved design criteria, design standards, specifications, maintenance standards and procedures for the design, installation and maintenance of the Works, a copy of which are on file in the Municipal Clerk’s Office and may be viewed during normal office hours;
Municipal Standards means standards, guidelines, specifications and drawings relating to watermain construction and maintenance, and operation of the Water Works, which are approved by the Town from time to time.
Municipal Standards. , in relation to any work, means the drawings and specifications that comprise the municipal standards issued and amended from time to time by agreement between the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia (Tasmania Division) and the Permit Holder;
