Municipal Subdivision definition

Municipal Subdivision means any separate corporation or instrumentality established by one or more municipalities, as permitted by law; and any public corporation charged by law with the performance of a governmental function and whose jurisdiction is coextensive with one or more municipalities.
Municipal Subdivision means any incorporated city or town in Maryland other than Baltimore City.
Municipal Subdivision means an Oregon city or county, a county service district organized under ORS chapter 451.¶
