Municipal subdivision definition

Municipal subdivision means any separate corporation or instrumentality established by one or more municipalities, as permitted by law; and any public corporation charged by law with the performance of a governmental function and whose jurisdiction is coextensive with one or more municipalities.
Municipal subdivision means any incorporated city or town in Maryland other than Baltimore City.
