Mural definition

Mural means a design or representation that is painted or drawn on the exterior surface of a structure and that does not advertise a business, product, service, or activity.
Mural means any type of display or artistic endeavour applied as paint, film or any other covering to any external wall or other integral part of a building or structure which does not include any words or advertisement or any other promotional message or content, including logos and trademarks.
Mural means a pictorial representation other than a logo or graffiti, painted on a building or structure, which is entirely decorative and does not identify or depict a land use, a business, the name of a person or place, or the sale of a product or service.

  • City may determine, in its sole discretion, that the Mural is damaged beyond feasible repair, and may remove or paint over the Mural, with thirty (30) days’ notice to Grantor.
