Musharaka Capital definition

Musharaka Capital means the sum of Client’s Investment, Institution’s Investment and the other PLS Funds, if any;
Musharaka Capital means the sum of Client’s Contribution and the Bank’s Contribution, being the value of the Musharaka Property on the Effective Date;
