Charter Capital definition

Charter Capital means the amount of capital contributed by all Shareholders and mentioned in Article 5 of this Charter.
Charter Capital means Charter Communications Holdings Capital Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and any successor in interest thereto.
Charter Capital means total book value of sold shares as stipulated in Article 5 of this Charter.
