Music Library definition

Music Library means, for any Person, all Music Product owned, administered, controlled or held by or licensed to such Person including without limitation all appurtenant rights (including rights with respect to videos, packaging, and rights to use the professional name of an artist) so owned, administered, controlled or held by such Person.
Music Library means, for any person, the catalogue of all Music Product owned, held by or licensed to such person.
Music Library means a service consisting of the provision of Recordings and/or Musical Works to End Customers (whether directly or through an authorized intermediary) for the sole purpose of the Authorized Exploitation.
