Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District definition

Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District has entered into an agreement (the “Contract”) with at (the “Property”). A copy of the Contract is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District has applied for grant funds for a project eligible for funding pursuant to Sections 164.20 through 164.27 of the Ohio Revised Code (the “Grant”).
