Recipient is duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of Oregon and is eligible to receive the Grant Funds.
Grantee warrants that it shall maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, approvals, insurance, permits, and other authorizations required to properly perform this Grant, without reimbursement by the State or other adjustment in Grant Funds.
Such procurement shall be accomplished using the Grant Funds and shall not increase the maximum amount payable hereunder by the State.
