Mutual Easements and Reserved Matters definition

Mutual Easements and Reserved Matters means the easements and rights specified in Schedule [H] herein and reserved to the Promoter and/or the Association;
Mutual Easements and Reserved Matters means the easements and rights specified in Ninth Schedule herein and reserved to the Vendor/ Developer, Developer and/or the Association;
Mutual Easements and Reserved Matters means the easements and rights specified in Schedule H herein and reserved to the Promoter and/or the Association; “Net Area” shall mean sum of the carpet area of the Unit and EBVT area.

Mutual Easements and Reserved Matters means the easements and rights specified in clause 44herein and reserved to the Promoter and/or the Association;

Mutual Easements and Reserved Matters means and refer to the easements and rights reserved to the PROMOTER/DEVELOPER and/or the Association of Allottees/Purchasers; The following shall be reciprocal easements regarding the Flat/Apartment/Car Parking Space/Units etc. and/or the Common Portions between the Allottee/Purchaser herein and the PROMOTER/DEVELOPER and/or the other Co-owners including Association of Allottees/Purchasers:-
Mutual Easements and Reserved Matters means and refer to the easements and rights reserved to the VENDOR/DEVELOPER/ LANDOWNER No. 2/PROMOTER No. 2 and/or the Association of Allottees/Purchasers; The following shall be reciprocal easements regarding the Flat/Apartment/Car Parking Space/Shops/Commercial Space/Units etc. and/or the Common Portions between the Allottee/Purchaser herein and the VENDOR/ DEVELOPER/LANDOWNER No. 2/PROMOTER No. 2 and/or the other Co- owners including Association of Allottees/Purchasers:-
