Common Portions definition

Common Portions means the common areas and installations in the Buildings and the Premises that are more fully and particularly mentioned in the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto.
Common Portions means the common areas and installations in the building and the premises, which are mentioned, described, enumerated, and provided in the THIRD SCHEDULE hereunder written.
Common Portions means the portion of the said Land and Building and the Common installations, fixtures, fittings and appurtenance described in the FOURTH SCHEDULE here under written.

Examples of Common Portions in a sentence

  • All expenses for maintaining, operating, repairing, renovating, upgrading, painting, rebuilding, reconstructing, decorating, replacing, amending, renewing and where appropriate cleansing of the Common Portions and plantation of trees, maintaining the garden and supplying of round the clock water.

  • All expenses for running and operating all machinery, equipments and installations comprised in the Common portions, including lifts, pumps and other common installations including, their licence fees, taxes and other levies (if any) and the lights of the Common Portions.

More Definitions of Common Portions

Common Portions means those parts of the building and/or premises which are used in common and includes land, gateway, enclosures, compound walls, fencing, paths, open grounds, gardens, passages, corridors, staircase, terrace, cabins, fittings, fixtures, lifts and installations whether for water supply, drainage or lighting purposes and all such facilities which are used in common.
Common Portions means and include corridors, stairs and stair cases, passage ways, drive ways, motor, lift, water pump, transformer, electrifications, underground and overhead water reservoirs, ultimate roof and/or terrace of the said building excluding the Car Parking Spaces and such other open spaces including those exclusive spaces and land of the Landowner which the Landowner may use or permit as the sole and exclusive property of their own for common use morefully described in the THIRD SCHEDULE hereunder written.
Common Portions means, those portions of the plot or premises which are in common use and includes the land, gateway, enclosure, compound walls, passages, corridors, stair-cases, fitting, fixture, lift, if any, installation whether for water supply or drainage or lighting or any other purpose and all such facilities which are used or intended to be used in common;
