Mutual Enforcement Institution definition

Mutual Enforcement Institution means an international organisation that has entered into an agreement with the Bank, pursuant to which such institution and the Bank agree to the mutual enforcement of debarment decisions made by each other, provided that such other institution has given notice to the Bank that it has fulfilled all requirements for the implementation of such agreement and has not subsequently withdrawn from such agreement.

  • Trust Enforcement Event in respect of the Securities means an Indenture Event of Default has occurred and is continuing in respect of the Debentures.

  • Judicial Branch Entities means any California superior or appellate court, the Judicial Council of California, and the Habeas Corpus Resource Center.
