NACHA Rules definition

NACHA Rules. An annual publication issued by the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) incorporating the rules and regulations that govern the use of the ACH network in which all ACH participants must comply.
NACHA Rules means the operating rules of NACHA.
NACHA Rules means the rules, industry standards and procedures governing the exchange of commercial ACH payments by depository financial institutions promulgated by the National Automated Clearing House Association.

NACHA Rules means the “Operating Rules & Guidelines” of the National Automated Clearing House Association, as revised from time to time.
