Named Device definition
Named Device means a specified, individual Device.
Named Device means a device authorized on behalf of the Customer to Use the Software. The Customer must be able to identify and count each Named Device. A Named Device does not need to be registered to Use the Software in order to be counted as such. A subscription may be transferred from one Named Device to another provided that the original Named Device no longer uses or is no longer permitted to access the Software.

Each Named Device acquired hereunder shall be assigned and used by only one Subscriber and may not be used by any other Subscriber except as specified in Section 5.D. of this Order Form.
Customer shall initially assign and allocate each Named Device of the Oracle Applications Programs acquired hereunder to a Subscriber(s) once at no further charge.
