Nasdaq Global Select Market means the NASDAQ Global Select Market.
Nasdaq Global Select Market means the Nasdaq Global Select Market or any successor thereto.
Nasdaq Global Select Market means the NASDAQ Global Select Market of The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. and any successor market or exchange.

  • Nasdaq National Market means the National Market System of the Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.

  • OTC means Over-the-Counter.

  • Irish Stock Exchange means the Irish Stock Exchange Limited.

  • Bulletin Board means the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.

  • OTC Bulletin Board means the over-the-counter electronic bulletin board.

  • Relevant Stock Exchange for the Fund means the primary exchange or quotation system on which shares (or other applicable securities) of the Fund are traded, as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Designated Stock Exchange means any United States national securities exchange on which the securities of the Company are listed for trading, including the Nasdaq Capital Market.

  • NYSE American means the NYSE American LLC;

  • OTCQX means the OTCQX tier of the OTC Markets Group Inc.

  • Securities Exchange means, at any time, the registered national securities exchange on which the Corporation’s equity securities are then principally listed or traded, which shall be either the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ Global Market (or similar national quotation system of the NASDAQ Stock Market) (“NASDAQ”) or any successor exchange of either the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ.

  • OTC Market means any over-the-counter market or over-the-telephone market in any country in any part of the world, and in relation to any particular Authorised Investment shall be deemed to include any responsible firm, corporation or association in any country in any part of the world dealing in the Authorised Investment which the Manager may from time to time elect.
