NATIONAL Bouquet definition

NATIONAL Bouquet means an assortment of distinct Channels listed in Schedule C, offered together as a group or as a bundle.

Examples of NATIONAL Bouquet in a sentence

  • In the event the DTHO makes available the Channels comprised in the NATIONAL Bouquet in the manner as set out in Table I (“LCN Requirement Grid”) below, and subject to Paragraph 2 below, the DTHO shall be entitled to the Incentive set out in Table II below.

  • The DTHO shall, subject to compliance with each of the Incentive Eligibility Conditions set out in Clause 2.1 of this Addendum, be entitled to avail the following incentives on a cumulative basis for the NATIONAL Bouquet on the NATIONAL Bouquet Rate.

  • The MSO shall, subject to compliance with each of the Incentive Eligibility Conditions set out in Clause 2.1 of this Addendum, be entitled to avail the following incentives on a cumulative basis for the NATIONAL Bouquet on the NATIONAL Bouquet Rate.

  • The IPTVO shall, subject to compliance with each of the Incentive Eligibility Conditions set out in Clause 2.1 of this Addendum, be entitled to avail the following incentives on a cumulative basis for the NATIONAL Bouquet on the NATIONAL Bouquet Rate.

  • In the event the IPTVO makes available the Channels comprised in the NATIONAL Bouquet in the manner as set out in Table I (“LCN Requirement Grid”) below, and subject to Paragraph 2 below, the IPTVO shall be entitled to the Incentive set out in Table II below.

Related to NATIONAL Bouquet

  • National Board means the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, (NB) 1055 Crupper Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43229, whose membership is composed of the Chief Boiler Inspectors of jurisdictions who are charged with the enforcement of the provisions of the ASME Code.

  • International Borrower In connection with any Mortgage Loan, a borrower who is (a) a United States citizen employed in a foreign country, (b) a non-permanent resident alien employed in the United States or (c) a citizen of a country other than the United States with income derived from sources outside the United States.

  • International airport means an airport:

  • Air freshener means any consumer product including, but not limited to, sprays, wicks, powders, and crystals, designed for the purpose of masking odors or freshening, cleaning, scenting, or deodorizing the air. Air fresheners do not include products that are used on the human body, products that function primarily as cleaning products, disinfectant products claiming to deodorize by killing germs on surfaces, or institutional or industrial disinfectants when offered for sale solely through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. Air fresheners do include spray disinfectants and other products that are expressly represented for use as air fresheners, except institutional and industrial disinfectants when offered for sale through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. To determine whether a product is an air freshener, all verbal and visual representations regarding product use on the label or packaging and in the product's literature and advertising may be considered. The presence of, and representations about, a product's fragrance and ability to deodorize (resulting from surface application) shall not constitute a claim of air freshening.

  • National Park means comparatively large areas of outstanding scenic and natural beauty with the primary objective of protection and preservation of scenery, flora and fauna in the natural state to which access for public recreation and education and research may be allowed;

  • Corporation/ Corpn./ Department means the Central Warehousing Corporation.

  • International banking institution means an international financial institution of which the United States is a member and whose securities are exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933.

  • Bouquet or “bouquet of channels” means an assortment of distinct channels offered together as a group or as a bundle and all its grammatical variations and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly;

  • Community Council or “Council” means a duly elected body of MNO citizens that represents a Charter Community,

  • International Financial Institution means any bank in the top 1,000 (together with their affiliated companies) as measured by "Tier 1" capital or any broker/dealer in the top 100 as measured by capital.

  • National Instrument 51-102 means National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations;

  • Michigan national guard means that term as defined in section 105 of the Michigan military act, 1967 PA 150, MCL 32.505.

  • Community agency means a person, a public or private nonprofit organization or a firm, partnership or business corporation operated for profit, which:

  • national law means the law of the Member State in which the Processor is established;

  • School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

  • Transient non-community water system or “transient non-CWS” means a non- CWS that does not regularly serve at least 25 of the same persons over six months of the year.

  • Public utility holding company means: (1) any company that,

  • National Grid means National Grid Gas plc (Company No.2006000) whose registered office is at 1-3 Strand, London WC2N 5EH.

  • Community air carrier means an air carrier with a valid operating licence granted by a Member State in accordance with Council Regulation (EEC) No 2407/92 of 23 July 1992 of licensing of air carriers(7) ;

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
