National Registration System definition

National Registration System or “NRS” means the system implemented pursuant to the MRRS MOU, this Instrument and NP 31-201, to facilitate the registration, approval or review in the jurisdiction of a non-principal regulator of investment dealers, mutual fund dealers, unrestricted advisers and their sponsored individuals;
National Registration System means COMET or such other national registration system that NZF may nominate to replace it.
National Registration System or “NRS” means the registration system implemented in each jurisdiction pursuant to the MRRS MOU, and as set out under this instrument and NP 31-201, to facilitate the registration or approval in more than one jurisdiction, or in jurisdictions other than the home jurisdiction, of investment dealers, mutual fund dealers, unrestricted advisers and the individuals associated therewith;

  • National Register of Historic Places means the list of districts, sites, buildings, structures and objects significant in American history, architecture, archaeology, engineering and culture, authorized by the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, and administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service. The list of Properties on the National Register of Historic Places in Florida is available from the Division.

  • International Register means the official collection of data concerning international registrations maintained by the International Bureau, which data the Agreement, the Protocol or the Regulations require or permit to be recorded, irrespective of the medium in which such data are stored;

  • Additional Registration Statement means a registration statement or registration statements of the Company filed under the 1933 Act covering any Additional Registrable Securities.

  • Special Registration Statement means (i) a registration statement relating to any employee benefit plan or (ii) with respect to any corporate reorganization or transaction under Rule 145 of the Securities Act, any registration statements related to the issuance or resale of securities issued in such a transaction or (iii) a registration related to stock issued upon conversion of debt securities.

  • Incidental Registration has the meaning set forth in Section 4(a) of this Agreement.

  • Central Register has the meaning specified in Section 3.05.

  • Original Registration Rights Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Additional Registrable Securities means, (i) any Cutback Shares not previously included on a Registration Statement and (ii) any capital stock of the Company issued or issuable with respect to the Notes, the Conversion Shares, the Warrants, the Warrant Shares, or the Cutback Shares, as applicable, as a result of any stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, exchange or similar event or otherwise, without regard to any limitations on conversion, amortization and/or redemption of the Notes or exercise of the Warrants.

  • State of Registration means, in relation to an Aircraft at any time, the country or state on whose national register such Aircraft is registered at that time under the laws of such country or state in accordance with the applicable provisions of any Lease relating to such Aircraft or, in the absence of any such provisions, Applicable Law.

  • Registration Books means the records maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 2.08 for the registration and transfer of ownership of the Bonds.
