Pursuant to the National Security Agreement between, inter alia, Alcatel Lucent, Parent and certain U.S. Government agencies, effective on November 30, 2006, as described in Alcatel Lucent’s Annual Report filed with the SEC on Form 20-F on April 8, 2008 (“NSA”), Parent has provided the requisite notice pursuant to the NSA.
