National Settlement definition

National Settlement means the settlement of all Claims, interests, and controversies among PREPA, the Oversight Board, and National, the terms of which are set out in the National PSA.

  • This is the same methodology used in the National Settlement Agreements for county and intra-county allocations.

  • Any attorney fees paid from the Backstop Fund, together with any compensation received from the National Settlement Agreements’ Contingency Fee Fund, shall not exceed 15% of the total gross recovery of the Litigating Local Governments’ share of funds from the National Settlement Agreements.

  • This MOA is not a promise from any Party that any National Settlement Agreement or Bankruptcy Resolution will be finalized or executed.

Related to National Settlement

  • Final Settlement means permanent settlement of the Contractor’s actual allowable costs or expenditures as determined at the time of audit, which shall be completed within three years of the date the year-end cost settlement report was accepted for interim settlement by the State. If the audit is not completed within three years, the interim settlement shall be considered as the final settlement.

  • Final Settlement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).

  • ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Section 3.3 of the Operating Agreement.
