Cash Settlement definition
Cash Settlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a).

Cash Settlement. On any Settlement Date in respect of which Cash Settlement applies, if the Cash Settlement Amount is a positive number, Dealer will pay the Cash Settlement Amount to Counterparty.
