Native American Entity definition

Native American Entity means an “Indian Tribe” or a “Tribally Designated Housing Entity” that is any of the following:

Part 83.1; or (2) An Indian Tribe located in California that is on the contact list maintained by the Native American Heritage Commission for the purposes of consultation pursuant to GC Section 65352.3, and 3) has formed and controls a special purpose entity in compliance with 25 C.C.R. § 8313.2.
