Natural lake means a perennial or intermittent body of water that collects on the surface of the earth exclusively through the forces of nature and without human assistance.

Natural lake means any navigable, nonartificial body of water in a depression of land or a navigable, nonartificial widen- ing of a river characterized by the general absence of any notice- able current from its inlet to its outlet.
