Natural Resource definition

Natural Resource or “Natural Resources” shall mean land, fish, wildlife, biota, air, water, ground water, drinking water supplies, and other such resources, belonging to, managed by, held in trust by, appertaining to, or otherwise controlled by the United States or the State.

  • Where the State does not have Natural Resource management functions or responsibilities in the Agreement Area, the strategies will provide, at a minimum, that the State will: engage the relevant State Agency or body that does have those functions or responsibilities; and encourage the State Agency or body referred to in Item 2.3(a) to work in partnership with the Corporation, and to make the same commitments as set out in Item 2.2(d)(i) - (v).

  • The Parties will give effect to the Procurement Strategy for Natural Resource Management.
