Necessary Authorization definition

Necessary Authorization means any right, franchise, license, permit, ----------------------- consent, approval or authorization from, or any filing or registration with, any Tribunal or any Person necessary or appropriate to enable the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower to maintain and operate its business and properties, including the sale of any Inventory.
Necessary Authorization means any License, consent or order from, or any filing, recording or registration (other than filings, recordings and registrations with respect to intellectual property) with, any Governmental Authority (including, without limitation, the FCC) necessary to the conduct of the Borrower's or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries' business or for the ownership, maintenance and operation by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary of the Borrower of any Station or other property or to the performance by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary of the Borrower of its obligations under any LMA Agreement to which it is a party.
Necessary Authorization means with respect to Oncology all certificates of need, authorization, certifications, consents, approvals, permits, licenses, notices, accreditations and exemptions, filings and registrations, and reports required by Applicable Law, including, without limitation, Health Care Law, which are required, necessary or reasonably useful to the lawful ownership and operation of Oncology's business.

Necessary Authorization means (i) other than FCC Licenses, any license, permit, consent, franchise, order, approval or authorization from, or any filing, recording or registration with, any Governmental Authority reasonably necessary to the conduct of any business of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries substantially as such business is currently conducted or for the ownership, maintenance and operation by such Person of its Stations and other properties substantially as such Stations and other properties are currently operated or to the performance by such Person of its obligations under any LMA Agreement substantially as such obligations are currently performed and (ii) with respect to FCC Licenses, any main station FCC License held by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries.
Necessary Authorization means any one of the Necessary Authorizations.
Necessary Authorization is the subject of any pending or, to the best of the Borrower's knowledge, threatened revocation. The sole assets of each License Sub are Licenses used in the operation and construction of the paging business of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries and management agreements with the Borrower and such of the Restricted Subsidiaries as operate the portion of the paging system subject to the License held by it.
