Publicity Material means the promotional gifts, catalogues, pamphlets and all and any advertising and publicity material whatsoever which an Exhibitor wishes to display, distribute or use at the Exhibition.
Public Disclosure Documents means, collectively, all of the documents which have been filed by or on behalf of the Borrower with the relevant Securities Regulators pursuant to the requirements of Securities Laws, including all documents publicly available on the Borrower’s SEDAR profile.

Disseminate when referring to a notice or other information to be sent by the Depositary to Owners, shall mean (i) sending that information to Owners in paper form by mail or another means or (ii) with the consent of Owners, another procedure that has the effect of making the information available to Owners, which may include (A) sending the information by electronic mail or electronic messaging or (B) sending in paper form or by electronic mail or messaging a statement that the information is available and may be accessed by the Owner on an Internet website and that it will be sent in paper form upon request by the Owner, when that information is so available and is sent in paper form as promptly as practicable upon request.
Restricting Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.09(a).
Advertising Materials means all advertising, merchandising, promotional and display materials of or concerning the Licensed Products.
Public Disclosure means disclosure in a press release reported by the Dow Jones News Service, Associated Press or comparable national news service or in a document publicly filed by the corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Section 13, 14 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act.
Press Release has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.
Covered Disclosure Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.
Client Publications means the general client publications of State Street Bank and Trust Company available from time to time to clients and their investment managers.

Press Announcement means the press announcement relating to the Transaction in the Agreed Form;
communication to the public means the transmission by any means, other than by broadcasting, of images or sounds or both of a work, a performance or a sound recording in such a way that the images or sounds can be perceived by persons outside the normal circle of a family and its closest social acquaintances at a place or places so distant from the place where the transmission originates that, without the transmission, the images or sounds would not be perceivable, irrespective of whether the person can receive images or sounds at the same place and time, or at different places or times individually chosen by them.
public announcement means disclosure in a press release reported by a national news service in Canada, or in a document publicly filed by the Corporation under its profile on the System of Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval at www.sedar.com; and
Business Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).
Public Advertisement means an announcement dated 16.02.2021 in newspaper(s) inviting an expression of interest from the Bidders, who shall submit their Bid to participate in the liquidation process of the Company in accordance with the provisions of IBC and Liquidation Process Regulations;

Media means physical devices or writing surfaces including, but is not limited to, magnetic tapes, optical disks, magnetic disks, large-scale integration memory chips, and printouts onto which covered defense information is recorded, stored, or printed within a covered contractor information system.
Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;
Marketing Information means marketing studies, marketing analyses, and similar research and information designed to identify potential customers and business relationships.
