Public Disclosure Documents means, collectively, all of the documents which have been filed by or on behalf of the Purchaser in the 24 months prior to the date hereof with the relevant Securities Regulators pursuant to the requirements of Securities Laws and filed on SEDAR at xxx.xxxxx.xxx;

Public Disclosure Documents means, collectively, all of the documents which have been filed by or on behalf of the Borrower with the relevant Securities Regulators pursuant to the requirements of Securities Laws, including all documents publicly available on the Borrower’s SEDAR profile.

• Except for as disclosed in the Public Disclosure Documents, neither the Company, its Subsidiaries nor, to the knowledge of the Company, their respective officers or directors, is a party, or is named as subject, to the provisions of any order, writ, injunction, judgment or decree of any court or government agency or instrumentality.
