Public Disclosure Documents definition

Public Disclosure Documents means, collectively, all of the documents which have been filed by or on behalf of the Borrower with the relevant Securities Regulators pursuant to the requirements of Securities Laws, including all documents publicly available on the Borrower’s SEDAR profile.
Public Disclosure Documents means, collectively, all of the documents which have been filed by or on behalf of Xxxxxx prior to the Closing Date with the relevant Securities Regu- lators pursuant to the requirements of Securities Laws, including all documents filed on xxx.xxxxx.xxx;
