Negative Special Allowance Payments definition

Negative Special Allowance Payments means any special allowance payments rebate on FFELP student loans required to be made by the holder of any such loan pursuant to Section 438 of the Higher Education Act.
Negative Special Allowance Payments means any special allowance payments recapture required to be made to the DOE by Section 438 of the Federal Legislation, or similar allowances required from time to time by federal law or regulation, and as described on the date of execution and delivery hereof in 20 U.S.C. §1087-1.
