Special Allowance Payments means payments, designated as such, consisting of effective interest subsidies by the Department in respect of the Trust Student Loans to the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Trust in accordance with the Higher Education Act.
NOx Allowance means an authorization to emit a specified amount of NOx that is allocated or issued under an emissions trading or marketable permit program of any kind that has been established under the Clean Air Act or a state implementation plan.
SO2 Allowance means “allowance” as defined at 42 U.S.C. § 7651a(3): “an authorization, allocated to an affected unit by the Administrator of EPA under Subchapter IV of the Act, to emit, during or after a specified calendar year, one ton of sulfur dioxide.”
Preferred Allowance means the amount a Preferred Provider will accept as payment in full for Covered Medical Expenses.
Advance Payments means the payments made by Customer in advance of delivery with respect of an Aircraft pursuant to Section 4.2 of the Purchase Agreement.
Maximum Applied Water Allowance (MAWA) means the upper limit of annual applied water for the established landscaped area as specified in Section 492.4. It is based upon the area's reference evapotranspiration, the ET Adjustment Factor, and the size of the landscape area. The Estimated Total Water Use shall not exceed the Maximum Applied Water Allowance. Special Landscape Areas, including recreation areas, areas permanently and solely dedicated to edible plants such as orchards and vegetable gardens, and areas irrigated with recycled water are subject to the MAWA with an ETAF not to exceed 1.0. Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax actually levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel.
Additional Payments means the amounts required to be paid by the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.2 hereof.

Service payments means payments to the private entity of a qualifying project pursuant to a service contract.
Special Primary Insurance Premium With respect to any Special Primary Insurance Policy, the monthly premium payable thereunder. Statutory Trust Statute: Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del.C. §3801 et seq., as the same may be amended from time to time.
Interest Subsidy Payments means payments, designated as such, consisting of interest subsidies by the Department in respect of the Trust Student Loans to the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Trust in accordance with the Higher Education Act.
Maximum Allowable Payment means the maximum amount, as established by AvMed, which AvMed will pay for any Covered Service rendered by a Non-Participating Provider or supplier of services, medications or supplies, except for Emergency Medical Services and Care as defined herein. The Maximum Allowable Payment may be changed at any time by AvMed without notice to you or your consent.
PHARMACY ALLOWANCE means the lower of: • the amount the pharmacy charges for the prescription drug; • the amount we or our PBM have negotiated with a network pharmacy; or • the maximum amount we pay any pharmacy for that prescription drug.
Additional Payment is as defined in Section 6 of the Agreement.

Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.
Advance Payment means a payment that a federal awarding agency or passthrough entity makes by any appropriate payment mechanism, including a predetermined payment schedule, before the non-federal entity disburses the funds for program purposes.

Lease Payments means the rental payments described in Exhibit A hereto.
Maximum Special Tax means the maximum Special Tax, determined in accordance with Section C below, that can be levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel.
