Advance Payments definition

Advance Payments means the payments made by Customer in advance of delivery with respect of an Aircraft pursuant to Section 4.2 of the Purchase Agreement.
Advance Payments means financial assistance made available to a sponsor for its operating costs and/or administrative costs prior to the end of the month in which such costs will be incurred.
Advance Payments in respect of a TRA Party for a Taxable Year means the payments made by the Corporate Taxpayer to such TRA Party as an advance of such TRA Party’s anticipated Tax Benefit Payment for such Taxable Year. More Definitions of Advance Payments

Advance Payments in respect of a TRA Party for a Taxable Year means the payments made by the Corporation to such TRA Party as an advance of such TRA Party’s anticipated Tax Benefit Payment for such Taxable Year. The Corporation shall be entitled at its option with the approval of a majority of the Independent Directors to make Advance Payments. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, after any lump-sum payment under Article IV of this Agreement in respect of present or future Blocker Pre-BCA Covered Tax Assets or Exchange Covered Tax Assets, such Blocker Pre-BCA Covered Tax Assets or Exchange Covered Tax Assets shall no longer be considered Blocker Pre-BCA Covered Tax Assets or Exchange Covered Tax Assets, as applicable, for purposes of determining Tax Benefit Payments or the Net Tax Benefit.
Advance Payments. Any advance payments made to the Institution on account of this Payment Schedule shall be applied against the criteria for payment detailed above.
