NEGOTIATIONS SESSION definition

NEGOTIATIONS SESSION. Refers to the actual meeting between the two (2) teams. NEGOTIATIONS SETTLEMENT: Contractual language on/or resolutions of all agenda items tentatively agreed to and taken to the membership of the Board.
NEGOTIATIONS SESSION. The actual conferring of the representatives of the Montpelier Exempted Village Board of Education and the Association.
