Examples of NEP Parties in a sentence

  • The Service Recipients on the date hereof are the NEP Parties and each other Person set forth on Schedule I.

  • Within five Business Days after the NEP Parties receive such consent, they shall deliver an amended Schedule I to the Manager that adds such Subsidiary as a Service Recipient.

  • The parties acknowledge that any Subsidiary of NEE Partners, NEE Operating GP, or NEE Operating LP, and any Acquired Asset in which any of the NEP Parties or any Subsidiary hold a direct or indirect interest, in each case, that is not a Service Recipient on the date hereof, may be added as a Service Recipient under this Agreement with the Manager's prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld).
