The Service Recipients on the date hereof are the NEP Parties and each other Person set forth on Schedule I.
Within five Business Days after the NEP Parties receive such consent, they shall deliver an amended Schedule I to the Manager that adds such Subsidiary as a Service Recipient.

No labor dispute with the employees of any of the Partnership Entities engaged exists or, to the Knowledge of the NEP Parties, is imminent, and to the Knowledge of the NEP Parties, there are no existing or imminent labor disturbance by the employees of any of the Partnership Entities’ principal suppliers, manufacturers, customers or contractors, which, in either case, would, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
