Net Capability definition

Net Capability means, with respect to each of the Facilities, the maximum dependable load-carrying ability of the Facility, exclusive of capacity required for the Facility’s use, expressed in kilowatts, as determined by tests conducted in accordance with the NEPOOL Agreement, including appropriate NEPOOL Criteria, Rules and Standards and Operating Procedures.
Net Capability means the Capacity of Unit #2 established from time to time by the Joint Operating Committee based on the URGE rating then in effect, measured in kilowatts. The net figure shall represent the net capability available from Unit #2 to the Transmission Facilities.
Net Capability or “NC” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(C).

More Definitions of Net Capability

Net Capability. The capacity expressed in kilowatts or megawatts from the Facility metered by the PEPCO- owned metering equipment as established in accordance with Appendix D.
Net Capability means the sustained maximum output of the Facility (exclusive of Power Augmentation), net of auxiliary Facility loads, as determined by capability tests, where the net output of the Facility is determined and the test results are adjusted for the probable ambient operating conditions, pursuant to PJM Rules.

  • Available Flowgate Capability or “AFC” shall mean the rating of the applicable Flowgate less the projected loading across the applicable Flowgate less TRM and CBM. The firm AFC is calculated with only the appropriate Firm Transmission Service reservations (or interchange schedules) in the model, including recognition of all roll-over Transmission Service rights. Non- firm AFC is determined with appropriate firm and non-firm reservations (or interchange schedules) modeled.
