Net Cash Shortfall definition

Net Cash Shortfall means the positive difference, if any, between (1) Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,300,000) and (2) Net Cash.

  • Working Capital Shortfall means the amount, if any, by which Working Capital is less than the Working Capital Target.

  • Principal Deficiency Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, the excess, if any, of the aggregate Class Certificate Principal Balance of such Undercollateralized Group immediately prior to such Distribution Date over the sum of the Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in the related Loan Group immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Excess Cash Flow Payment Period means, with respect to any Excess Cash Flow Payment Date, the immediately preceding fiscal year of the Borrower.
