Unfunded Exposure Shortfall definition

Unfunded Exposure Shortfall has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(a).
Unfunded Exposure Shortfall means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to the greater of (x) 0 and (y) the aggregate Unfunded Exposure Amount minus the amounts on deposit in the Unfunded Exposure Account.

Unfunded Exposure Shortfall has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(c).

"Working Capital Revolver" means a revolving lending facility secured on a first lien basis solely by all or a portion of the current assets of the related obligor, which current assets subject to such security interest do not constitute a material portion of the obligor's total assets.
