Net Debt to Capitalization Ratio definition

Net Debt to Capitalization Ratio means, as at any date, the ratio of (a) Net Debt on such date to (b) Capitalization on such date.
Net Debt to Capitalization Ratio means, at any time, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, of Consolidated Indebtedness as of such date to Consolidated Total Capitalization as of such date.
Net Debt to Capitalization Ratio means the ratio of: (i) Net Debt; over (ii) Capitalization, as adjusted by the Committee in its reasonable discretion to take into account events and circumstances not contemplated at the time of this Award.
