Net Fee Mineral Acre definition

Net Fee Mineral Acre means, as to each parcel or tract constituting a Fee Mineral Interest, the product of (a) the number of surface acres of land that are described in such parcel or tract (i.e. gross acres), multiplied by (b) the Undivided Interests in the Fee Mineral Interest in the lands covered by such parcel or tract (provided, however, if items (a) and (b) of this definition vary as to different areas within any tracts or parcels constituting such Fee Mineral Interest, a separate calculation shall be performed with respect to each such area).

Related to Net Fee Mineral Acre

  • Net Smelter Return means the aggregate proceeds received by the Optionee from time to time from any smelter or other purchaser from the sale of any ores, concentrates, metals or any other material of commercial value produced by and from the Property after deducting from such proceeds the following charges only to the extent that they are not deducted by the smelter or other purchaser in computing the proceeds:

  • Net Revenue Interest means, with respect to any Property, the interest in and to all Hydrocarbons produced, saved, and sold from or allocated to such Property after giving effect to all royalties, overriding royalties, production payments, carried interests, net profits interests, reversionary interests, and other burdens upon, measured by, or payable out or production therefrom.

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Percentage means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable in the determination of the amount payable under Section 2.14(C)(i) hereof determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.14(D)(ii) hereof.

  • Net Smelter Returns means the gross proceeds received by the Purchaser in any year from the sale of Product from the mining operation on the Property, less:

  • Proven Mineral Reserve means that economically mineable part of a measured mineral resource demonstrated by at least a preliminary feasibility study. This study must include adequate information on mining, processing, metallurgical, economic and other relevant factors that demonstrate, at the time of reporting, that economic extraction can be justified;

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Rate means:

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Margin means, for each Pricing Period, the margin set forth below (expressed in basis points per annum) opposite the Applicable Pricing Level for that Pricing Period: Applicable Pricing Level Margin II 10.0 V 17.5

  • Applicable Facility Fee Percentage means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable in the determination of the amount payable under Section 2.14(C)(i) hereof determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.14(D)(ii) hereof.

  • Probable Mineral Reserve means the economically mineable part of an indicated and, in some circumstances, a measured mineral resource demonstrated by at least a preliminary feasibility study. This study must include adequate information on mining, processing, metallurgical, economic and other relevant factors that demonstrate, at the time of reporting, that economic extraction can be justified;

  • Net salvage value means the salvage value of property retired less the cost of removal.

  • Commitment Fee Percentage means, with respect to the Revolving Loan Commitments at any time, the per annum percentage which is used to calculate Commitment Fees for such Revolving Loan Commitments determined pursuant to the Pricing Grid.

  • MMBtu means one million British thermal units.

  • Applicable Fee Percentage means, as of any date of determination thereof, the applicable percentage used to calculate certain of the fees due and payable hereunder, determined by reference to the appropriate columns in the Pricing Matrix attached to this Agreement as Schedule 1.1.

  • Applicable L/C Fee Percentage means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable in the determination of the amount payable under Section 3.08(a) hereof as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Commitment Fee Rate has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Applicable Margin”.

  • Facility Fee Percentage means the applicable percentage per annum ----------------------- determined, at any time, based on the range into which Borrower's Credit Rating (if any) then falls, in accordance with the following tables. Any change in the Facility Fee Percentage shall be effective immediately as of the date on which any of the rating agencies announces a change in the Borrower's Credit Rating or the date on which the Borrower has no Credit Rating, whichever is applicable. The Facility Fee Percentage during the time, from time to time, that the Borrower maintains an Investment Grade Credit Rating by either Xxxxx'x or S&P shall be as follows: Range of Borrower's Credit Rating Percentage of S&P/Moody's Ratings Maximum Credit Amount ------------------- --------------------- below BBB-/Baa3 0.00% BBB-/Baa3 0.20% BBB/Baa2 0.20% BBB+/Baa1 0.15% A-/A3 0.15% If at any time the Borrower has a Credit Rating by both Moody's and S&P which Credit Ratings are split, then: (A) if the difference between such Credit Ratings is one ratings category (e.g. Baa2 by Moody's and BBB- by S&P), the Facility Fee Percentage shall be the rate per annum that would be applicable if the highest of the Credit Ratings were used; and (B) if the difference between such Credit Ratings is two ratings category (e.g. Baa1 by Moody's and BBB- by S&P), the Facility Fee Percentage shall be the rate per annum that would be appli- cable if the median of the applicable Credit Ratings is used.

  • Joint Fee Letter means the Joint Fee Letter, dated July 20, 2021, among the Borrowers, Citibank, Bank of America, JPMorgan, and certain of the Arrangers.

  • Baseline area means any intra- state area (and every part thereof) des- ignated as attainment or unclassifiable under section 107(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act in which the major source or major modification establishing the minor source baseline date would con- struct or would have an air quality im- pact for the pollutant for which the baseline date is established, as follows: equal to or greater than 1 μg/m3 (an- nual average) for SO2, NO2, or PM10; or equal or greater than 0.3 μg/m3 (annual average) for PM2.5.(ii) Area redesignations under section 107(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act cannot intersect or be smaller than the area of impact of any major stationary source or major modification which:

  • Other Minerals means sulphur, lignite, coal, uranium, thorium, iron, geothermal steam, water, carbon dioxide, helium and all other minerals, ores or substances of value whether or not generally produced from a wellbore in conjunction with the production of oil and gas.

  • Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage means, as of any date of determination, the applicable percentage set forth in the following table that corresponds to the Average Revolver Usage of Borrowers for the most recently completed month as determined by Agent in its Permitted Discretion; provided, that for the period from the Closing Date through and including February 28, 2015, the Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage shall be set at the rate in the row styled "Level II"; provided further, that any time an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage shall be set at the margin in the row styled "Level II": Level Average Revolver Usage Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage I > 50% of the Maximum Revolver Amount 0.25 percentage points II < 50% of the Maximum Revolver Amount 0.375 percentage points The Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage shall be re-determined on the first date of each fiscal month of Borrowers by Agent.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Applicable Facility Fee Rate means, at any time, the percentage rate per annum at which Facility Fees are accruing on the Aggregate Commitment (without regard to usage) at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Measured Mineral Resource means that part of a Mineral Resource for which quantity, grade or quality, densities, shape, and physical characteristics are so well established that they can be estimated with confidence sufficient to allow the appropriate application of technical and economic parameters, to support production planning and evaluation of the economic viability of the deposit. The estimate is based on detailed and reliable exploration, sampling and testing information gathered through appropriate techniques from locations such as outcrops, trenches, pits, workings and drill holes that are spaced closely enough to confirm both geological and grade continuity.

  • Proved Undeveloped Reserves means Proved Reserves which are categorized as “Undeveloped” in the Definitions.

  • Expense Fee Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of (a) the related Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the Trustee Fee Rate.
