Net Funded Balance definition

Net Funded Balance means, with respect to a Loan, the Loan Proceeds of such Loan, less any principal amounts prepaid on such Loan, plus any accrual of the related Dealer Discount on such Loan to the date of measurement.
Net Funded Balance means, with respect to any Receivable as of any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the aggregate amount paid by the applicable Originator to the related Account Obligor, including all origination fees and other amounts disbursed to or at the direction of the related Account Obligor (including with respect to debt payoffs made at the time of origination), pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Portfolio Documents executed in conjunction therewith, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any Collections for such Receivable received by Agent, in cash, as of such date of determination, in each case, as determined by Agent based upon information provided by Borrower with respect thereto.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a Reference Rate Amendment or an Alternative Reference Rate has been adopted, and the replacement Benchmark is the same benchmark rate currently in effect for determining interest on a Floating Rate Obligation, references to “London interbank offered rate based index” in this definition of Aggregate Funded Spread with respect to such Floating Rate Obligation shall be deemed to be a reference to such benchmark rate that is the same as the Benchmark.

  • Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables (exclusive of all Administrative Receivables for which the Servicer has paid the Administrative Purchase Payment, Warranty Receivables for which the Seller has paid the Warranty Purchase Payment and Defaulted Receivables) as of the close of business on such date.
