Net Funded Balance definition

Net Funded Balance means, with respect to a Loan, the Loan Proceeds of such Loan, less any principal amounts prepaid on such Loan, plus any accrual of the related Dealer Discount on such Loan to the date of measurement.
Net Funded Balance means, with respect to any Receivable as of any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the aggregate amount paid by the applicable Originator to the related Account Obligor, including all origination fees and other amounts disbursed to or at the direction of the related Account Obligor (including with respect to debt payoffs made at the time of origination), pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Portfolio Documents executed in conjunction therewith, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any Collections for such Receivable received by Agent, in cash, as of such date of determination, in each case, as determined by Agent based upon information provided by Borrower with respect thereto.

  • Upon Bank’s sale of any Loan, whether to Sunlight, any other purchaser or any third party, or upon the prepayment or payment at maturity of any Loan when held by Bank on its balance sheet, Bank shall ensure that Sunlight receives all amounts so paid in excess of the sum of (i) the Net Funded Balance of such Loan plus (ii) the Bank Agreed Monthly Cash Flow related to such Loan accrued to the earlier of (A) the date of such purchase or payment of such Loan and (B) the Rate Transition Date.

  • To the extent that Sunlight is in breach of this Section 5.6 or Section 3.1(o) hereof, Sunlight shall purchase Non-Portfolio Loans from Bank as required to remedy such breach for a purchase price equal to the Net Funded Balance.

  • Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables (exclusive of all Administrative Receivables for which the Servicer has paid the Administrative Purchase Payment, Warranty Receivables for which the Seller has paid the Warranty Purchase Payment and Defaulted Receivables) as of the close of business on such date.

  • Funded Percentage means, with respect to any Lender at any time, a percentage equal to a fraction the numerator of which is the amount actually disbursed and outstanding to Borrower by such Lender at such time and the denominator of which is the total amount disbursed and outstanding to Borrower by all of the Lenders at such time.
