Net Intercompany Debt definition

Net Intercompany Debt means the aggregate amount of indebtedness owed by the Post Parties to any of the Ralcorp Parties, net of the aggregate amount of indebtedness owed by the Ralcorp Parties to the Post Parties. For the avoidance of doubt, “Net Intercompany Debt” shall not include the Post Credit Facility or the Post Debt Securities.
Net Intercompany Debt means (i) all intercompany liabilities of the Business to Seller in the Intercompany Account less (ii) the sum of all intercompany receivables due to the Business from Seller in the Intercompany Account.
Net Intercompany Debt means the aggregate amount of debt owed by the Marathon Petroleum Parties to PFD and any of the other Marathon Oil Parties, net of the aggregate amount of debt owed by the Marathon Oil Parties to the Marathon Petroleum Parties.
