Net Receivables Balance definition

Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time reduced by the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of each Obligor and its Affiliates exceeds the Concentration Limit for such Obligor.

More Definitions of Net Receivables Balance

Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time (net of all Earned Discounts and quarterly volume rebates then in effect) reduced by (i) the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of each Obligor and its Affiliates exceeds the Concentration Limit for such Obligor, (ii) the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Government Receivables exceeds the Government Receivables Limit and (iii) the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Extended Term Receivables exceeds the Extended Term Receivables Limit.
Net Receivables Balance means at any time, an amount equal to the Outstanding Balances of all Receivables reduced, without duplication, by the sum of (i) the Outstanding Balance of all Receivables that are not Eligible Receivables, (ii) the Obligor Overconcentration Amount at such time, (iii) the Contractual Dilution Reserve at such time, (iv) the amount by which the Outstanding Balances of all Eligible Receivables that by their terms are due and payable within 62 to 119 days of the original billing date thereof exceeds 25.0% of the aggregate Outstanding Balances of all Eligible Receivables, provided, however, that the foregoing percentage may be adjusted to a percentage greater than the foregoing listed percentage upon the unanimous written consent of the Managing Agents upon five (5) Business Days prior notice to the Borrower, (v) the amount by which the Outstanding Balances of all Eligible Receivables that by their terms are due and payable within 120 to 149 days of the original billing date thereof exceeds 3.0% of the aggregate Outstanding Balances of all Eligible Receivables, provided, however, that the foregoing percentage may be adjusted to a percentage greater than the foregoing listed percentage upon the unanimous written consent of the Managing Agents upon five (5) Business Days prior notice to the Borrower, (vi) the amount by which the Outstanding Balances of all Eligible Receivables that by their terms are due and payable within 150 to 180 days of the original billing date thereof exceeds 2.0% of the aggregate Outstanding Balances of all Eligible Receivables, (vii) the amount by which the Outstanding Balances of all Eligible Receivables that are owing from Eligible Foreign Obligors exceeds 4.0% of the aggregate Outstanding Balances of all Eligible Receivables, (viii) the amount by which the Outstanding Balances of all Eligible Receivables that are owing from Governmental Authorities exceeds 1.0% of the aggregate Outstanding Balances of all Eligible Receivables, and (ix) the amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables which are Eligible In-Transit Receivables exceeds (a) at any time during a Level 1 Ratings Period, 1.5% of the aggregate Outstanding Balances of all Eligible Receivables or (b) at any other time, 0.0% of the aggregate Outstanding Balances of all Eligible Receivables.
Net Receivables Balance means at any time of calculation hereunder, an amount equal to the sum of the amount equal to the Outstanding Balances of all Pool Receivables that are Eligible Receivables at such time, minus, without duplication, (i) the aggregate Obligor Excess Concentration Amounts at such time, (ii) the Federal Governmental Excess Concentration Amount at such time, (iii) the Unbilled Receivables Excess Concentration Amount at such time, (iv) the Customer Deposit Amount at such time, (v) the Direct Taxes Amount at such time, (vi) the Deferred Payment Plan Excess Concentration Amount at such time and (vii) the Unbilled 31-60 Day Excess Concentration Amount.
Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the Outstanding Balances of the Eligible Receivables owned by the Borrower at such time reduced (without duplication) by the sum of:
Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Expected Net Value of all Eligible Receivables, minus the sum of, (a) in the case of each Obligor that is an Insurer, the applicable Aggregate Excess Concentration for each such Obligor plus (b) the Medicare Excess Concentration plus (c) the Medicaid Excess Concentration plus (d) the Expected Net Value of all Unbilled Receivables in excess of 20% of the Expected Net Value of all Receivables.
Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time reduced by the sum of (i) the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of each Obligor and its Affiliates exceeds the Concentration Limit for such Obligor and (ii) the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables having payment terms in excess of 61 days following the applicable “expected receipt of goods date” (under and as defined in each applicable invoice of Servicer to each applicable Obligor) exceeds 10% of the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables.
Net Receivables Balance means at any time the Outstanding Balance of the Eligible Receivables at such time reduced, without duplication, by the sum of (i) the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of each Designated Obligor or class of Designated Obligors exceeds the Concentration Factor for such Designated Obligor or class of Designated Obligors, plus (ii) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables which are Defaulted Receivables, plus (iii) the excess, if any, of (A) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of each Obligor referred to in clause (G) of the definition of “Obligor” contained in this Section 1.1, over (B) an amount equal to 5% of the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables, plus (iv) the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables originated by any member of the Spectra Renal Management Group exceeds 7.5% of Eligible Receivables, plus (v) the Unrealized Contractual Adjustment Reserve. 13
