Net Receivables Balance definition

Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the Eligible Receivables Balance at such time reduced by the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of each Obligor and its Affiliates exceeds the Concentration Limit for such Obligor.

Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of the Eligible Receivables at such time, as reduced by (without duplication) the aggregate amount for all Designated Obligors by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of each Designated Obligor exceeds the product of the Concentration Limit for such Designated Obligor multiplied by the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of such Designated Obligor.
