The original definition

The original or "an original" means the object to which a work is first fixed.
The original. Beneficiary has assigned its beneficial rights in the trust created by such Trust Agreement to 767 Leasing HY, LLC ("767 Leasing").) The Notes will be issued pursuant to an indenture dated as of June 16, 1998 (the "Indenture"), between the Company and First Security Bank, National Association, as trustee (the "Trustee"). This Agreement is made pursuant to the Sale Agreement. In order to fulfill its obligations to the Owner Trustee and Lazard under the Sale Agreement, the Company has agreed to provide the registration rights set forth in this Agreement. The execution and delivery of this Agreement is a condition to the closing of the Sale Agreement. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Indenture (as defined below) governing the Equity Notes. The parties hereby agree as follows:
