Eligible Unbilled Receivable definition

Eligible Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Unbilled Receivable if (a) the related Originator has recognized the related revenue on its financial books and records under GAAP, and (b) not more than thirty (30) days have expired since the date such Unbilled Receivable arose.
Eligible Unbilled Receivable means a Receivable arising from a “cost plus fixed fee” or “time and materials” Contract where work has been performed by the relevant Seller and revenue has been recognized in accordance with GAAP, thereby generating an unbilled receivable balance and such Receivable has been recorded in the Seller’s general ledger system and reported to the Administrative Agent on the applicable Servicing Report, including those Receivables that are unbilled due to "administrative delays" but excluding, without limitation, Excluded Unbilled Receivables.
Eligible Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Receivables as to which (a) the invoice or bill with respect thereto has not yet been sent to the Obligor thereof and (b) any Originator with respect thereto has accrued the related revenue on its financial statements under GAAP.

Examples of Eligible Unbilled Receivable in a sentence

  • Upon issuance by the relevant Seller of an Invoice for a Purchased Receivable that is an Eligible Unbilled Receivable, such Purchased Receivable shall immediately become a Billed Receivable for purposes hereof (the date upon which such Purchased Receivable becomes a Billed Receivable, the “Conversion Date”).

  • In the event that the Administrative Agent elects to retain ownership of any Eligible Unbilled Receivable after the Termination Date or the revocation of the Purchasers’ approval of any Approved Obligor pursuant to Section 14.22, the Seller Representative shall promptly (and in any event, within five (5) Business Days) issue an Invoice for any such retained Eligible Unbilled Receivable.

  • The Administrative Agent shall promptly inform the Seller Representative following any such termination or revocation of its decision to either retain ownership or cause a Repurchase Event with respect to any such Eligible Unbilled Receivable.

  • In the event that the Administrative Agent elects to retain ownership of any Eligible Unbilled Receivable after any such event or condition, the Seller Representative shall promptly (and in any event, within five (5) Business Days) issue an Invoice for any such retained Eligible Unbilled Receivable.

  • In the event of the occurrence of an event or condition of the type described in clauses (i) and (iii) of the definition of Facility Suspension Event, the Administrative Agent shall have the option to (i) retain ownership of any Eligible Unbilled Receivable and/or (ii) cause the applicable Seller to repurchase such Eligible Unbilled Receivable from the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 11.


More Definitions of Eligible Unbilled Receivable

Eligible Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Unbilled Receivable that would otherwise be an Eligible Receivable if not more than thirty (30) days have expired since the date such Unbilled Receivable arose.
Eligible Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Unbilled Receivable if the related Originator has recognized the related revenue on its financial books and records under GAAP.
Eligible Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Unbilled Receivable for which the related coal has been shipped to the Obligor thereof within the last 60 days.
Eligible Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Unbilled Receivable that satisfies each of the following: (a) the related Originator has recognized the related revenue on its financial books and records under GAAP and (b) if the Outstanding Balance of such Unbilled Receivable were included in the definition of Modified Days’ Sales Outstanding, Modified Days’ Sales Outstanding would not exceed the Maximum Term; provided, however, for purposes of exclusion of any Unbilled Receivable pursuant to this clause (b), Unbilled Receivables shall be excluded in order based on the Outstanding Balance (with the smallest amount excluded first). For purposes of this definition of “Eligible Unbilled Receivable”, “Maximum Term” means 105 days.
Eligible Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Unbilled Receivable if (a) the related Originator has recognized the related revenue on its financial books and records in accordance with GAAP and (b) the Outstanding Balance of such Unbilled Receivable was included in the definition of Modified Days’ Sales Outstanding, Modified Days’ Sales Outstanding would not exceed the Maximum Term; provided, however, for purposes of exclusion of any Unbilled Receivable pursuant to this clause (b), Unbilled Receivables shall be excluded in order based on the Outstanding Balance (with the smallest amount excluded first). For purposes of this definition of “Eligible Unbilled Receivable”, “Maximum Term” means 75 days.
Eligible Unbilled Receivable means, for any date, an Account of a Borrowing Base Company that, (a) if it had been billed prior to the end of the immediately preceding month, would have met all of the requirements for an Eligible Account Receivable, and (b) is to be billed within ten days after the end of such immediately preceding month.
Eligible Unbilled Receivable means a Receivable for which an invoice has not yet been sent to the Account Debtor but which otherwise meets all of the requirements of an Eligible Receivable; provided that such Receivable shall be invoiced and otherwise meet all of the requirements of an Eligible Receivable within three (3) business days after the end of the month during which such Receivable is financed as an Eligible Unbilled Receivable hereunder.
